Event Date: October 24, 2015
Setup: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Event Times: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Location: Rinker Field at Stetson University (Corner of Bert Fish Drive & Pennsylvania Avenue, DeLand, FL 32724) This is an outdoor venue with limited shade and limited electrical availability. Venue is fenced in. Unloading areas will be available close to fence, but items will have to be carried thru fences for setup. There will be NO driving on the field.
Individual participant registrations for the event are $10 each and include games, activities, lunch, water, and a Tshirt. Your event registration is appreciated, but not required. Each vendor is also asked to do a raffle at their booth and donate the proceeds to The Arc Volusia.
Booth Rentals are $25 for a 12’x12′ space.
You must purchase additional spaces if you require more than a 12’x12′ space. Example: If you need 15’x12′, you must select and pay for 2 spaces.
Please Note: Electricity is very limited. If you require access to electricity, please email email@example.com to discuss possible options.
Food Vendors: You may email us for consideration, but we are not registering food vendors at this time.
