Laurie Davis
Chief Executive Officer
Laurie joined The Arc of Volusia in 2023, having previously led The Arc of Oswego County/Oswego Industries, Inc in Fulton, New York for 7 years as its CEO/Executive Director, 6 years as Director of Finance and more than 28 total years on staff . Since 2015, she led the strategic initiatives and operational guidance for Oswego Industries and its sister agency, Arc of Oswego County. She was instrumental in ensuring a constant environment for people with disabilities in the Oswego community through advocacy and the development of local partnerships.

Debbie Wills
Program Director
Debbie has been a part of The Arc of Volusia since 2017, and has spent more than 20 years working with the I/DD community through several local non-profit agencies including Goodwill Industries and in direct care group home settings. Debbie is a wealth of knowledge with regards to navigating the complex bureaucratic systems that can make the enrollment process daunting, and her passion for our Arc individuals is boundless.

Karen Haught
Marketing & Operations Director
Karen joined the Arc of Volusia in Spring of 2024 with more than 30 years experience in marketing and operations in the private sector. Most recently, she was the Marketing and Operations Director of Kermit’s Key West Key Lime Shoppe, headquartered in DeLand, and was previously the Director of Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility for Quality Brands, Inc, the former Anheuser-Busch wholesaler in West Volusia. Karen is an active member of the Rotary Club of Daytona Beach, serving as the Club’s Assistant Secretary, and serves on the West Volusia Tourism Advertising Authority Board.
