The Down Syndrome Group of Volusia County is a liaison to the Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida, providing support to individuals with Down syndrome and their families, located within Volusia County.  We also focus on raising awareness in our local communities.

Meetings take place at The Arc DeLand Campus on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, from 6pm – 7pm.

The Down Syndrome Group of Volusia County is one of the Down Syndrome Assocation of Central Florida’s (DSACF) community groups. The Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida is a not-for-profit assocation founded in 1991 by parents of children with Down syndrome.  The DSACF offers hope, encouragement, and acceptance through advocacy, education, and awareness so that everyone may realize their potential as members of our community. The DSACF has grown to over 1,100 individuals with Down syndrome and their families in an area over 10 counties.
