Please complete the simple online form at the bottom of this page for the fastest and easiest way to donate your car. It takes only a couple of minutes to complete and your car donation will be processed immediately. Once you hit the “Submit” button, you will receive an email notification, normally within hours. Our local towing agency will call you within 24 hours to make towing arrangements before picking up your donated car. Prefer to speak to a person? You must be able to provide:

Vehicle donations made to charitable nonprofit organizations are tax deductible. The best practice is to consult with a tax professional on how to maximize your tax deduction since every car donation and tax situation is unique. In general, the IRS limits the tax deduction to the gross proceeds from the sale of the car, truck or other vehicle. Charitable contributions must be itemized on Schedule A or Form 1040 to qualify. If the total deduction claimed on the tax return exceeds $500, Form 8283 “Non-cash Charitable Contributions” must also be completed and attached. Car Donation Form
A customer service representative will typically contact you with free vehicle towing or pickup and processing information by email no later than the next business day after receipt of the form (there is no need to call). Completion of the online vehicle donation form does not constitute acceptance of the vehicle. In order to complete the following, you must have your original vehicle title and, if applicable, lien release.
The Arc Volusia partners with The Arc of The United States and Melwood Charity Car Donation Center. All three organizations will benefit from your donation. Melwood is a non-profit agency founded in 1963, that has provided job training and employment for over 2000 individuals with disabilities.
